大型煤矿井下重介浅槽煤矸分离系统设计

Design on The separation system of coal-gangue by dense medium shallow groove in Ultra large coal mine

摘要: 针对煤炭传统开采工艺存在的矸石无效运输、地面环境污染和地表沉陷等突出问题,以实现矿井清洁生产、建设绿色矿山为目标,在新巨龙公司大型矿井的煤源、煤质分析的基础上,创新性地将重介浅槽工艺应用于煤矿井下,设计了千万吨级煤矸分离系统,并针对性的进行了巷道布置,实现了矸石不升井,取得了良好的效益。

Abstract: Aiming to the prominent problems such as inefficient transportation of gangue, environmental pollution and ground subsidence that existed in coal mine by traditional mining technology , This paper based on the analysis of coal source and quality in Ultra large coal mine, innovatively applies the technology of dense medium shallow groove in coal mine, design the separation system of coal-gangue of ten millions of tons of coal, realize the gangue notlifting ,bring forth a valuable experience that can learn from,can be copied, can promote for coal clean production and green mine construction innovation.
